1. Liability Waiver & Assumption of Risk

I understand and agree that Kimberly Vaughan Enterprises, LLC, the event venue, and all associated owners, employees, contractors, agents, representatives, successors, and heirs are not responsible for my personal safety or the safety of my property at any time before, during, or after the event. I voluntarily assume all risks of personal injury, death, property damage, property loss, theft, or any other harm arising from or related to my participation in the event, whether caused by negligence or otherwise. I waive, release, and discharge all claims of every kind against Kimberly Vaughan Enterprises, LLC and the event venue.

2. Indemnification Agreement

I agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Kimberly Vaughan Enterprises, LLC from any and all claims, liabilities, demands, damages, losses, expenses, and costs (including legal and attorney fees) arising from or in any way related to my participation in the event, my presence at the venue, my booth, my merchandise or services, or any actions or omissions by myself, my employees, agents, contractors, customers, or guests, regardless of whether the underlying cause is negligent or not.

3. Acts of God, Emergencies, Violence, or Terrorism

I understand and agree that Kimberly Vaughan Enterprises, LLC is not responsible for any inability to operate the event, delays, loss, evacuation, or changes caused by circumstances beyond the producer’s control. These circumstances include acts of God, natural disasters, dangerous or severe weather, fire, flooding, power outages, government orders or shutdowns, public safety emergencies, terrorism, threats of terrorism, violent acts, active shooter situations, civil unrest, riots, disturbances, venue closures, or mandatory safety evacuations. I acknowledge that no refunds, credits, transfers, or compensation will be provided under these circumstances and I waive all related claims.

4. No Refund, No Credit, No Chargeback Policy

I understand and agree that all vendor fees are final and non-refundable without exception. This includes cancellations or inability to attend due to illness, travel issues, emergencies, dissatisfaction with sales or attendance, business changes, weather, or any personal or logistical circumstances. I agree not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute for any reason and acknowledge that vendor fees cover administrative and operational expenses incurred immediately upon registration.

5. Purchase Protection Program (If Selected)

If I elect to purchase the optional Purchase Protection Program during checkout, I understand that all claims, reimbursements, or determinations are handled exclusively by the protection provider and not by Kimberly Vaughan Enterprises, LLC. I understand that the existence of a protection program does not alter or override the event’s no-refund policy.

6. Responsibility to Check the Event Website for Updates

I understand that technology can fail, emails may not be delivered, and messages may be filtered or blocked if I unsubscribe. I agree that it is my responsibility to check the official event website prior to attending for the most current information regarding event date and time, load-in instructions, venue and parking details, booth placement, maps, updates, and any schedule or logistical changes. I waive all claims of non-notification and agree that the website serves as the final and authoritative source for event updates.

7. Agreement and Legal Acceptance

By checking this box and completing my registration, I confirm that I have read, understand, and agree to all Terms & Conditions stated above. I understand that this agreement is legally binding and applies to me, my business, and any employees, agents, contractors, or representatives associated with my participation in the event.
